titleOfInvention Porous membrane emulsifier
abstract Provided is an emulsification apparatus that can easily attach and detach a cylindrical porous membrane in many types of frequent small-scale emulsification and can produce a strict monodisperse emulsion. An O-ring support portion 6a which is an inward step is provided on an upper outer surface of a cylindrical member 6 having a side port 6 ', and the cylindrical porous membrane 1 placed on the cylindrical member 6 is interposed between the cylindrical member 6 and the cylindrical member 6. The upper O-ring 2 is arranged, and then the cylindrical support adapter 4 in which the window 4 a is formed is arranged, and then the lower O-ring 3 is arranged, and the screw provided at only one place at the lowermost part of the cylindrical member 6. By screwing the screw 7a, the upper O-ring 2 holds the cylindrical member 6 and the cylindrical porous membrane 1 in a liquid-tight manner through the presser adapter 5 and the lower O-ring 3 and the support adapter 4, and the cylindrical member 6 The disperse phase tank 8 communicates with the disperse phase liquid chamber 10 through the side port 6 'and the disperse phase liquid supply conduit 8'.
