titleOfInvention Light transmissive conductor, method for producing the same, charge removal sheet, and electronic device
abstract A light transmissive conductor made of a conductive material composed of a carbon nano-linear structure such as a carbon nanotube, which can be expressed without impairing its light transmittance and electrical conductivity, and a simple and scale-up To provide an easy manufacturing method thereof, an antistatic sheet using the same, and an electronic device. A light transmissive support 3 is immersed in a dispersion of carbon nanotubes (CNT), CNTs are adsorbed on its surface, washed, and then a solvent is evaporated to adsorb the adsorbed CNTs. The conductive material 2 directly bonded to the conductive support 3 is formed. The conductive material 2 is formed of only the carbon nanotubes 1, and the carbon nanotubes 1 are two-dimensionally integrated while being in contact with each other, so that the light transmittance is high. Further, since the carbon nanotubes 1 that are in contact with each other are directly bonded, the conductivity is high. A treatment for improving the affinity for CNT is preferably performed on the surface of the support 3 in advance. [Selection] Figure 1
