Film and film manufacturing method |
abstract |
A film having a fine structure whose properties change with temperature is manufactured. A solution is prepared in which a temperature-responsive polymer that reversibly changes between hydrophobic and hydrophilic at a predetermined temperature and polystyrene are dissolved in a solvent. The temperature-responsive polymer includes a first compound capable of generating a first homopolymer having a hydrophobic part and a hydrophilic part, and a second compound capable of generating a second homopolymer having temperature responsiveness. It is a copolymer and consists of a first structural unit forming a hydrophobic part and a second structural unit forming a temperature responsive part. The solution is cast on a casting belt to form a casting film. Condensation on the cast film evaporates the solvent and water droplets. [Selection] Figure 3 |
