Disclosed is an aqueous dispersion of a resin that is fine and stable in dispersed particle size, suppresses bleed-out, and is useful as a surface treatment agent, adhesive, paint, or the like for a polyolefin-based substrate. SOLUTION: A hydrophilic polymer (B) or an acidic group is bonded to a propylene-α-olefin copolymer (A) which is a copolymer of propylene and an α-olefin other than propylene. A polymer dispersion (C) having a 50% particle size of 0.5 μm or less dispersed in water, wherein the copolymer (A) has a propylene content of 50 mol% or more and 100 mol%. The weight average molecular weight Mw of the copolymer (A) is 10,000 or more and the molecular weight distribution Mw / Mn is 3.5 or less, and the surfactant content of the resin dispersion is 100 weight of the polymer (C). Resin dispersion which is 15 parts by weight or less with respect to parts, and a coating material and laminate using the same. [Selection figure] None |
