[Object] To enable cadaverine fermentation of a coryneform bacterium using genetic engineering techniques, to ferment the recombinant coryneform bacterium with cadaverine, and to isolate highly pure cadaverine from the fermentation broth. The object of the present invention is to provide coryneform having L-lysine decarboxylase activity and at least one of the characteristics of homoserine auxotrophy or S- (2-aminoethyl) -L-cysteine resistance. It can be solved by culturing type bacteria and producing cadaverine, cadaverine dihydrochloride or cadaverine dicarboxylate by appropriately combining the culture medium with concentration, addition of organic solvent, filtration, crystallization, extraction, distillation, etc. .
