titleOfInvention | Microtome blade and its manufacturing method |
abstract | The present invention provides a microtome blade that can be cut thinly, can be cut long, and does not cause damage to a section sample. A cutting edge portion 30 of a microtome microtome blade 10 for a microtome has a rake face 40 and a flank face 50 that form a cutting edge angle. The rake face 40 is provided with a resin coating 40a. Is coated with a thin resin coating 50a with no resin coating or with a tip thickness of 1 μm or less. Further, in the manufacturing method of the microtome blade 10, the rake face 40 and the flank face 50 that form the edge angle of the blade edge portion 30 of the blade are created, and then the resin coating 40 a is applied to the rake face 40. No resin coating or a thinner resin coating 50a than the rake face 40 is applied. [Selection] Figure 1 |
