PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a tire and a tire having a small rolling resistance and excellent destructive properties such as low loss (low fuel consumption) and wear resistance. SOLUTION: A rubber component comprising a compound containing a silicon atom having a primary amino group or a hydrocarbyloxy group having a high affinity for carbon black and a reactive group bonded to the same silicon atom at an active site in the molecule as a rubber component A rubber composition using a modified butadiene rubber and a diene rubber introduced with a primary amino group, and used as a base member of a tread of a tire.
