A composition is provided. An adhesive composition for adhering a tire label 1 to a surface Ta of a sidewall portion T1 of a tire T is mainly composed of a urethane prepolymer having a plurality of isocyanate group ends in the molecule, and ketimine is used as the isocyanate. 0.8 to 1.4 equivalents with respect to the group, and 0 to 40 parts by weight of the polyisocyanate oligomer is blended with 100 parts by weight of the urethane prepolymer. The stress at the time of% to 50% tensile deformation is not more than 1.5 times the stress when the amount of tensile deformation of the rubber on the sidewall portion surface is made the same.
