abstract | The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire in which an inner liner layer made of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition is formed without lowering productivity or working environment. SOLUTION: A powder 8 made of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition having an average particle diameter of 1 mm or less is sprayed on and adhered to the inner surface of an unvulcanized tire or a vulcanized tire, and then the inner surface of the tire is adhered.
