titleOfInvention | Fluorescence image acquisition method and fluorescence image acquisition apparatus |
abstract | Even when a fluorescent image is displayed as a moving image, a good display image can be generated. An estimated spectral data (q1 to q59) is generated by performing an operation on a three-color image signal R, G, B using an estimation matrix. A pseudo fluorescence intensity is calculated based on estimated spectral data of a specific fluorescence wavelength band that is a wavelength band including 480 nm, which is a central wavelength band of fluorescence. A fluorescence image is generated based on the pseudo fluorescence intensity, and converted to a pseudo monochrome normal image. A fluorescence superimposed image is generated by superimposing. Further, pseudo three-color image signals Rs, Gs, and Bs are obtained from estimated spectral data in a quasi-normal wavelength band that is a wavelength band that does not include the specific fluorescence wavelength band, and the pseudo three-color image signals Rs, Gs, and Bs are used. Thus, a pseudo color normal image signal is generated. The fluorescent superimposed image and the pseudo color normal image signal are displayed on the monitor 11. [Selection] Figure 1 |
