titleOfInvention Heat resistant resin composition
abstract The present invention provides a heat-resistant resin composition that exhibits a high oxazole conversion rate even at a low heat curing temperature and has high storage stability. Furthermore, in the case of containing a photosensitive diazoquinone compound, in addition to exhibiting a high oxazole conversion rate even when used at a low thermosetting temperature, a highly sensitive heat-resistant resin composition is provided. (A) Hydroxypolyamide having a repeating unit represented by a specific general formula: 100 parts by mass of (B) a polyester compound having a number average molecular weight of 300 or more and a polycrystal having a number average molecular weight of 200 or more. A heat-resistant resin composition comprising 1 to 50 parts by mass of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of alkylene glycol compounds. [Selection figure] None
