In an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic containing a biosurfactant as an oil, a state close to the moisturizing function of the original skin can be continuously provided. A biosurfactant, preferably a biosurfactant in which a sugar alcohol is glycosidically bonded to the hydroxyl group at the 1-position of the mannose skeleton, more preferably mannosylerythritol lipid (MEL), phospholipid, polyhydric alcohol and water.
