titleOfInvention Hemodialysis system
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemodialysis system capable of monitoring the amount of urea exchanged between dialysate and blood during dialysis treatment in order to make it possible to set finer dialysis conditions. . A hemodialysis system according to the present invention includes an arterial blood circuit, a venous blood circuit, a blood pump, a dialyzer, a dialysate supply circuit for supplying dialysate to the dialyzer, and dialysis for discharging dialysate from the dialyzer. In a hemodialysis system equipped with a fluid discharge circuit and a dialysate control device for controlling the supply and discharge amount of dialysate, ammonia and dioxide generated by urease reaction of urea in the dialysate waste solution are provided in the dialysate discharge circuit. A measuring means for detecting the pH in the dialysis waste liquid that changes when carbon dissolves is provided. [Selection] Figure 2
