abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: There is a need for a composition and an emulsion that maintain cells in a dormant or unchanged state, and that strongly adheres and adsorbs allergens such as pollen to reduce hay fever, and a method for producing these. SOLUTION: A composition comprising a dehydrated cell melted in a hydrophobic solvent, an emulsion thereof and a production method thereof can be provided, and can be used as food, cosmetics and medical supplies. Moreover, it can be kept dormant by making a dehydrated cell into a freeze-dried cell. [Selection figure] None
