titleOfInvention | Low impedance loss line components |
abstract | An ideal power supply function that has a very low impedance value and a very small transmission coefficient value up to a band exceeding 1 [GHz], which cannot be realized by a capacitor, is realized. Impedance loss line components are formed by impregnating an anode foil and a cathode foil having dielectric oxide films disposed opposite to each other, and a separator between the anode foil and the cathode foil. Formed as a parallel plate line by a solid electrolyte layer made of a conductive polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer or a monomer solution with an oxidizing agent, and both ends in the length direction of the anode foil and both ends in the length direction of the cathode foil The anode terminal 32 and the cathode terminal 30 are attached to each other, and the whole is sealed with the exterior resin 28 except for at least the terminal portion, and the anode foil is inserted in series into the anode wiring of the power line via the anode terminal 32. The cathode foil is connected in parallel to the cathode wiring of the power supply line via the cathode terminal 30. [Selection] Figure 34 |
