titleOfInvention Method for forming semiconductor porous layer sensitized with dye
abstract In a semiconductor porous layer provided on a negative electrode of a dye-sensitized solar cell, the dye solution can be filled in the pores in a short time, and the dye is also adsorbed in a deep portion in the pores. Provided is a method for forming a semiconductor porous layer having a large effective surface area that is effectively supported and sensitized with a dye. Forming a semiconductor porous layer on a surface of an electrode substrate; immersing the substrate having the semiconductor porous layer formed on the surface in a dye solution and then applying a centrifugal force to the dye solution; 30 is filled in the semiconductor porous layer 20 and then dried.
