titleOfInvention Optical fiber hot-line detector
abstract To improve detection efficiency and detection accuracy. A first support 1 that supports an optical fiber 3 on an incident side, a second support 2 that supports an optical fiber 4 on an output side, and a light detection element 5 that detects light are provided. One end face of the first support 1 and the optical fiber 3 is an inclined face having an inclination angle of 45 degrees, and one end face of the second support 2 and the optical fiber 4 is also an inclined face having an inclination angle of 45 degrees. The first support 1 and the second support 2 are bonded to each other with an adhesive so that the end faces (inclined surfaces 7 and 8) of both optical fibers 3 and 4 face each other substantially in parallel. Therefore, since the width of the adhesive layer 9 is not restricted by the thickness of the dicing blade, the width of the adhesive layer 9 can be easily narrower than the width of the inclined groove in the conventional example, and scattered light can be suppressed. As a result, detection efficiency and detection accuracy can be improved. [Selection] Figure 1
