abstract [Problem] To provide a rubber composition containing silica and having a high elastic modulus at high temperatures while reducing hysteresis loss (tan δ). SOLUTION To 100 parts by weight of diene rubber, 5 to 100 parts by weight of silica and 1 to 20 parts by weight of silk powder are blended, and an epoxysilane compound is contained in an amount of 1 to 20% by weight of the blended amount of silk powder and sulfur. The containing silane coupling agent is blended in an amount of 3 to 10% by weight of the silica blending amount. [Selection figure] None
