PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst capable of suppressing deterioration of an organic polymer serving as a base material in use while maintaining sufficient photocatalytic functions such as antifouling, deodorization and antibacterial. SOLUTION: A substrate having a photocatalytic activity, a silicon oxide film covering the substrate, a compound comprising phosphorus and calcium, and satisfying the following conditions (a) and (b) A photocatalyst is provided. (A) The phosphorus content is 0.1% by weight or more and 10% by weight or less. (B) The calcium content is 0.2% by weight or more and 20% by weight or less. [Selection figure] None |
