titleOfInvention Solid electrolytic capacitor and manufacturing method thereof
abstract An object of the present invention is to obtain a large-capacity wound solid electrolytic capacitor excellent in impedance characteristics and leakage current in a high-frequency region. A capacitor element 10 formed by winding an anode foil 1 formed with a dielectric oxide film and a cathode foil 2 of an aluminum foil through a separator 3 made of a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric, and the capacitor element 10 is a solid electrolytic capacitor in which a polymerizable monomer and an oxidizing agent are impregnated in 10 and the conductive polymer 4 is provided between the anode foil 1 and the cathode foil 2 by a chemical polymerization reaction. By setting it as the structure which has affinity, the solid electrolytic capacitor excellent in the low ESR characteristic and the leakage current characteristic can be obtained.
