A transfer coil is mounted on a rotating shaft 71Y at the bottom of a toner receiving portion 44Y and is rotated in the direction of arrow C. On the other hand, the blade-like stirring portion 74Y of the toner stirring member 73 is disposed on the upstream tip of the conveying coil 70Y, and the toner in the toner receiving portion 44Y is stirred by the rotation of the blade-like stirring member 74Y.
