abstract Disclosed is a vaccine for preventing infection that provides an effective and economical vaccine that not only reduces the symptoms of pigs with streptococcal infection but also prevents infection. [Solution] Streptococcus sweptococcal swiss serotype 2 inactivated whole cells and an antigen extracted from the same cells were mixed with a vaccine, and a streptococcal infection could be prevented. With the vaccine of the present invention, it is possible to efficiently reduce the symptoms of pigs that have developed streptococcal infection, prevent streptococcal infection, and prevent the onset of the infection at low cost.
