titleOfInvention Extracting ingredients from oyster meat extract concentrate
abstract [PROBLEMS] It is also clear that adenosine can be efficiently extracted from a concentrated solution of oyster meat extract, and that selenium, which is the main component of oyster meat extract, exhibits almost the same behavior as the aforementioned adenosine, Therefore, it aims at providing the component extraction method from the oyster meat extract concentrate which can extract not only adenosine but also selenium abundantly. SOLUTION: This invention injects a oyster meat extract concentrate into an extraction container filled with an ion exchange resin, adsorbs the components of the oyster meat extract concentrate to the filled ion exchange resin, and then ethanol. The solution is poured into an extraction vessel, and the solution is allowed to flow through the extraction vessel, and the components of the oyster meat extract concentrate adsorbed on the ion exchange resin are eluted into an ethanol solution and taken out.
