A transparent protective film is laminated on one side of a polarizing film, and the other side contains rubber particles on both sides of a core layer made of a styrene resin through an adhesive layer showing specific physical properties. Provided is a composite polarizing plate excellent in durability against fluctuations in temperature and humidity, in which a retardation film having a three-layer structure having a skin layer made of a (meth) acrylic resin composition is laminated. In the composite polarizing plate of the present invention, a transparent protective film 20 is bonded to one surface of a polarizing film 10 via an adhesive layer 41, and an adhesive layer 42 is bonded to the other surface of the polarizing film 10. The retardation film 30 is bonded to the skin layer 32, 32 made of a (meth) acrylic resin composition containing rubber particles on both surfaces of a core layer 31 made of a styrene resin. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 42 is formed of a highly elastic pressure-sensitive adhesive having a storage elastic modulus of 0.1 MPa or more at a temperature of 80 ° C.
