abstract | In a method for producing a porous film, a hydrophobic solvent in a coating film is quickly removed. A coating liquid 24 containing a polymer and a hydrophobic solvent is coated on a support 22 to form a coating film 25. Condensation is caused on the surface of the coating film 25. The hydrophobic solvent is evaporated until the solvent content of the coating film 25 reaches 50% by weight. The coating film 25 is brought into contact with liquid water 34. The hydrophobic solvent in the coating film 25 is moved from the coating film 25 to the water 34. Water and solvent are evaporated from the coating film 25 to obtain a porous film 29 in which a plurality of holes are formed. It is not necessary to precisely adjust the surface temperature of the coating film 25 and the dew point of the gas around the coating film 25. The hydrophobic solvent in the coating film 25 can be evaporated quickly. [Selection] Figure 5 |
