titleOfInvention Life estimation method of chemical filter
abstract The lifetime of a chemical filter is estimated simply and accurately. A chemical filter 10 includes filter layers 11-17. Air passes through the chemical filter 10 along the stacking direction of the filter layers 11 to 17. Each of the filter layers 11 to 17 is attached with an adsorbent capable of adsorbing the target gas component. A part of each of the filter layers 11 to 17 is sampled, and the adsorption amount per predetermined volume is measured. From the measured adsorption amount, adsorption amount data of the target gas component of each filter layer 11 to 17 is calculated. The lifetime of the chemical filter is estimated by comparing the adsorption amount data of the filter layers 11 to 17. [Selection] Figure 1
