titleOfInvention | Liquid crystal panel and liquid crystal display device |
abstract | A liquid crystal panel and a liquid crystal display device having excellent screen contrast and a small color shift are provided. The liquid crystal panel of the present invention includes a liquid crystal cell, a first polarizer disposed on one side of the liquid crystal cell, and the first polarizer between the liquid crystal cell and the first polarizer. The refractive index ellipsoid is arranged in order from the polarizer side of the first optical compensation layer showing the relationship of nz>nx> ny, the refractive index ellipsoid shows the relationship of nx> ny = nz, and the in-plane retardation A second optical compensation layer having Re 2 of 80 to 200 nm, a third optical compensation layer having a refractive index ellipsoid showing a relationship of nx = ny> nz, and the other side of the liquid crystal cell; A refractive index ellipsoid arranged in order from the second polarizer side between the second polarizer and the liquid crystal cell and the second polarizer shows a relationship of nx>ny> nz. optical compensation layer, the refractive index ellipsoid showed a relationship of nx> ny = nz, an in-plane retardation Re 5 is the fifth is 80~200nm Manabu compensation layer, and a refractive index ellipsoid and a sixth optical compensation layer showing the relationship of nx = ny> nz.
