titleOfInvention Metal magnetic fine particles and production method thereof, dust core
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal magnetic fine particle having high saturation magnetization and excellent corrosion resistance and a method for producing the same. An oxide powder of Fe and a compound powder containing an element X (X is at least one selected from Al, Co, Ni and Si) and a compound powder containing carbon are obtained. By heat-treating the powder in a non-oxidizing atmosphere within a range of 800 to 1600 ° C. (first heat treatment), metal particles having core particles (the core particles contain Fe and X) and a carbon film are formed. After the first heat treatment, the metal magnetic fine particles are heat-treated within a range of 400 ° C. to 750 ° C. (second heat treatment). [Selection] Figure 1
