titleOfInvention Method for producing harmless earthworm dry powder
abstract An object of the present invention is to completely eliminate harmful substances that have an adverse effect on the human body, such as fibrinolytic activity-suppressing substances, harmful heavy metals and pathogenic microorganisms contained in the living body of earthworms, without reducing the pharmacological action inherent to earthworms. It provides a simple method for producing a detoxified earthworm dry powder. SOLUTION: After leaving raw earthworms in a light place for 10 to 50 hours, strip off the dirt adhering to the skin, then sprinkle with crystalline hydroxycarboxylic acid powder, and immediately add water to dilute the hydroxycarboxylic acid. After adjusting the pH to 2 to 5 and holding under these conditions for 3 to 180 minutes, washing with water and then grinding this, the ground product was frozen at −18 ° C. to −35 ° C. for 20 to 240 hours. A dry earthworm powder is produced by freeze-drying under vacuum and degassing at the same time. [Selection figure] None
