titleOfInvention | Method for producing porous film |
abstract | A porous film having a plurality of pores whose diameter gradually increases in one direction is manufactured. A casting solution is prepared by dissolving a hydrophobic organic polymer in a solvent, and the casting film is formed by casting the solution on a support. The support 11 is tilted and allowed to stand, and the thickness of the casting film 20 is gradually increased in one direction A. Water droplets are formed by condensation on the exposed surface of the casting film 20 and grown. Then, the solvent is evaporated and the casting film 20 is dried. The inclination θ of the support 11 is maintained until the fluidity of the casting film 20 is lost. The porous film 10 is obtained by forming a plurality of holes 12 whose diameters gradually increase in the direction. [Selection] Figure 4 |
