titleOfInvention | Method for producing aqueous dispersion of fluorine-containing composite particles |
abstract | Disclosed is a method for producing a dispersion of fluorine-containing composite polymer particles having improved initial water resistance and ability to fuse particles, and having a reduced fluorine content. SOLUTION: A fluoropolymer (A) is dissolved in an ethylenically unsaturated group-containing monomer (b) to prepare a polymer solution (I), and the ethylenically unsaturated group is prepared using the polymer solution. An emulsion polymerization step for producing an aqueous dispersion of the fluorine-containing composite polymer particles (II) by emulsion polymerization of the monomer (b), and the aqueous dispersion of the fluorine-containing composite polymer particles (II) Composite particles comprising an impregnation polymerization step of polymerizing the ethylenically unsaturated group-containing monomer (c) while adding the unsaturated group-containing monomer (c) and impregnating the fluorine-containing composite polymer particles (II) III) Preparation of aqueous dispersion.
