abstract | [PROBLEMS] To improve surface flatness, dimensional stability, excellent bending characteristics, and to reduce the use of a coverlay film for a flexible inner layer circuit, thereby reducing the plate thickness and increasing productivity and contributing to cost reduction. A multilayer flexible wiring board is provided. A flexible single-sided metal-clad plate with an adhesive in which an adhesive layer 10d is formed on the film 10c side of a flexible single-sided metal-clad plate in which a film 10c and a metal foil 10a are bonded together with an adhesive sheet 10b, the adhesive layer 10D of flexible single-sided metal-clad boards with an adhesive whose 10d plastic deformation rate is 80% or more and 98% or less.
