titleOfInvention | Coating film curing device |
abstract | An enclosure space can be formed in which oxygen concentration can be sufficiently lowered without excessively bringing a casing and a flexible film surface close to each other even under a condition in which a flexible film continuously runs. A curing device is formed in a box shape in which a surface facing a roller support surface of a flexible film is opened and covered so as to be close to the flexible film. A casing 38 that forms a substantially hermetically enclosed space surrounded by a surface, an inert gas supply unit that supplies an inert gas in the enclosed space, and a coating film that applies ultraviolet rays from the transparent portion of the casing 38 through the enclosed space. And an ultraviolet lamp house 44 that irradiates 42, and a casing 38 is provided with a flange-like flange portion 38F extending from the lower end of the side wall in accordance with the shape of the roller support surface.
