abstract |
A method of manufacturing a plastic lens capable of obtaining a thick plastic lens having a high refractive index and no optical distortion is provided. An injection step of filling a mold 150 with a polymerizable composition containing at least any of the following compounds (A) and (B): (A) Compound having two or more episulfide groups in the molecule (B) Compound having one or more disulfide bonds (SS) in the molecule and at least one of an epoxy group and a thioepoxy group A curing step of curing the polymerizable composition by exposing the molding mold 150 under a predetermined temperature condition, and the curing step is a temperature in the range of 5 to 15 ° C. after the pouring step.
