titleOfInvention Chlamydia trachomatis detection method by menstrual blood
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: Chlamydia trachomatis, which is regarded as a sexually transmitted disease in the world, is detected by amplifying its DNA by PCR. There is a need to develop methods that use blood. SOLUTION: A method for amplifying and detecting chlamydia DNA using menstrual blood as a test sample by PCR, in which menstrual blood is absorbed in a PVA sponge chip absorber, as a starting sample, menstrual blood absorption PVA Place the sponge chip absorbent in the container, then add sterilized physiological saline to the container, and after stirring, squeeze the sponge chip absorbent to obtain a liquid sample, and then remove the DNA sample from the obtained liquid. This is a chlamydia detection method characterized by extracting and then subjecting a DNA sample to PCR and subjecting the PCR product to nucleic acid hybridization to analyze the presence or absence of chlamydia DNA.
