titleOfInvention Method for producing electrode plate for non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery
abstract A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery having improved safety such as short circuit resistance and heat resistance and excellent productivity is provided. By applying a corona treatment to the surface of an active material layer of an electrode, it is possible to prevent the porous film layer forming paste from being repelled on the active material layer and being unable to be applied well. Color unevenness and pinhole-like defects in the film layer can be reduced, and the inherent short circuit resistance and heat resistance of the porous film layer can be maintained. In addition, it is possible to easily recognize pinholes and streaks in which the current collector existing in the active material layer can be seen, thereby providing excellent productivity.
