[PROBLEMS] To provide a new therapeutic agent for glaucoma. An ophthalmic glaucoma therapeutic agent comprising a carbostyril derivative represented by the general formula (1) or a salt thereof, and cyclodextrins. An inclusion compound produced by inclusion of a carbostyril derivative or a salt thereof in cyclodextrin has improved solubility and is effective in treating glaucoma.
