The present invention provides a preventive / therapeutic agent for diseases caused by elevated SCF mRNA expression, a preventive / therapeutic agent for diseases caused by elevated bFGF mRNA expression, and a prophylactic / therapeutic agent for diseases caused by elevated POMC mRNA expression.
