titleOfInvention | Method for producing porous film |
abstract | A porous film having uniformly arranged pores is produced. A solution 15 containing a polymer and a solvent is cast on a casting band 57 whose surface temperature is adjusted to be substantially constant. A cast film 68 is formed on the casting band 57. Next, a determination process is performed to determine whether or not the Rayleigh number Ra of the solution 15 in the cast film 68 is less than 5000. Thirdly, when the Rayleigh number Ra is less than 5000, the wet air 400, in which the temperature, dew point, and solvent condensation point are adjusted, is applied to the exposed surface 68a of the cast film 68 to cause condensation while evaporating the solvent. Thus, water droplets are formed on the exposed surface 68a and grown. On the other hand, if the Rayleigh number Ra is 5000 or more, the determination process is repeated. Fourth, the dry air 410 is applied to the exposed surface 68a to evaporate water droplets that have entered the cast film 68. [Selection] Figure 5 |
