abstract The present invention provides a transformed plant in which accumulation of useful metabolites is improved by elucidating genes involved in accumulation of useful metabolites and introducing the genes into plants, and a method for producing the same. A transformed plant into which a gene encoding any one of the following proteins (a) to (c) has been introduced. (A) A protein comprising an amino acid sequence represented by a specific sequence number. (B) a protein comprising an amino acid sequence in which one or several amino acids are deleted, substituted or added in the amino acid sequence represented by the specific SEQ ID NO, and having an activity of improving the accumulation of useful metabolites. (C) a protein comprising an amino acid sequence having 90% or more identity to the amino acid sequence represented by the specific SEQ ID NO and having an activity of improving the accumulation of useful metabolites.
