abstract | To improve toner production efficiency and to obtain a toner having a smaller variation range of characteristic values required for toner, such as fluidity and charging characteristics, than a variation range of characteristic values according to a conventional toner manufacturing method. Provided is a toner manufacturing apparatus capable of performing the above. A toner manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention includes a liquid storage unit and a periodic droplet forming unit including a thin film in which a plurality of nozzles are formed by being bonded to the liquid storage unit by a bonding member. . The thin film 12 is made of a hard member. The periodic droplet forming means periodically discharges the toner composition liquid 10 containing at least a resin and a colorant from a plurality of nozzles 11 by vibration of the thin film 12.
