abstract Disclosed is a disazo pigment composition which is excellent in transparency and density when used in a printing ink and has a hue reddish. In a disazo pigment obtained by coupling a tetrazo component starting from 3.3′-dichlorobenzidine and a coupler component, as the coupling component, acetoacetanilides represented by a specific structural formula, and Disazo pigment characterized by containing barbituric acids.
