abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a novel technique capable of rapid quantitative analysis of cortisol in saliva and miniaturizing a device for performing the analysis. (1) A conjugate in which cortisol and oxidoreductase are linked via a linker having a specific structure. (2) A method for analyzing cortisol in which cortisol in a liquid sample is analyzed using an enzyme immunoassay based on a competitive reaction between the cortisol in the liquid sample and the conjugate of the present invention. (3) On the substrate, a conjugate pad and a detection part in which an antibody of cortisol is immobilized in advance are formed, and the cortisol and the conjugate are respectively moved from the conjugate pad to the detection part by capillary action, and in the detection part, cortisol A kit for competitive reaction with the antibody. (4) An apparatus for electrochemically measuring the result of a competitive reaction performed with a kit from a working electrode and a counter electrode. [Selection] Figure 1
