abstract 【Task】 An object of the present invention is to provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition having good antistatic properties and excellent rubber elasticity and mechanical properties. [Solution] In order to impart fluidity to a hydrogenated thermoplastic styrene elastomer which is a block copolymer which is composed of a styrene polymer block (S) and a conjugated diene compound polymer block (B) and is hydrogenated. A softener is added, polypropylene is added to impart moldability, a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is further added, and an ion conductive antistatic agent is added to impart antistatic properties.
