[PROBLEMS] To efficiently decompose and remove ozone in place of a conventional metal oxide catalyst such as MnO 2 , Co 3 O 4 , CuO, NiO or the like and a heat exchanger having catalytic ability in which base metal is vapor-deposited on the surface. To provide a new catalyst for ozonolysis removal capable of being removed.
