abstract An antifouling paint composition capable of maintaining an antifouling effect for a long period of time is provided. The antifouling paint composition of the present invention comprises: [A] a modified silicone oil in which a part of the methyl groups in the side chain of dimethyl silicone oil is substituted with one or more organic groups (a- 1) an elution control agent comprising one or more types, [B] a spreading resin, [C] cuprous oxide, copper powder, 2-mercaptopyridine N-oxide copper, 2-mercaptopyridine N-oxide An antifouling agent containing one or more selected from the group consisting of zinc, bisdimethyldithiocarbamoyl zinc ethylene bisdithiocarbamate, and pyridine triphenylboron, and the modified silicone oil (a-1) 0.5 to 50 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin [B], and the antifouling agent [C] is included with 1 to 200 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin [B] The organic groups, aralkyl groups and number of carbon atoms is characterized in that it comprises a and polyether groups contains at least one of the 6 or more alkyl groups optionally.
