titleOfInvention | Rubber roller manufacturing method and rubber roller |
abstract | In a method of manufacturing a rubber roller having a foamed rubber elastic layer, a foamed rubber elastic layer having a foaming ratio of 3 times or more can be manufactured by changing manufacturing conditions. SOLUTION: Foaming ratio ((rubber density before vulcanization foaming) / (rubber density after vulcanization foaming) produced by vulcanizing and foaming a rubber composition containing a foaming agent in a closed container into which pressurized steam is introduced. )) Is a method for producing a rubber roller having a foamed rubber elastic layer 3 times or more and satisfying the following conditions. (1) 15-25 parts by mass of a carbonamide foaming agent is contained with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component of the rubber composition. (2) The absolute value of the difference between the time when the vulcanization progress is 50% and the time when the foaming progress is 50% of the rubber composition, and the absolute value of the time difference when each is 90% satisfy both 3 minutes or less. When the temperature to perform is T1, the rubber composition is heated and held in the sealed container at the temperature T1 for 1 to 25 minutes. [Selection figure] None |
