abstract An optical integrated device capable of suppressing instability of a mode of laser light is provided. An optical integrated device 10A includes an active unit 100, a multiple resonator including a plurality of resonators 160A and 160B, and optical waveguides 140B and 140D. The optical waveguides 140B and 140D have output ports that output a part of the propagation light that does not shift to the multiple resonators in the optical coupling regions 170A and 170D.
