abstract |
A light transmissive metal electrode is provided. A light-transmissive metal electrode comprising a substrate and a metal electrode layer having a plurality of openings. Any two points of the metal portion of the metal electrode layer are continuously continuous, and in the metal electrode layer, the openings are periodically arranged to form a plurality of micro domains. An in-plane arrangement direction of domains is independent from each other, and a film thickness of the metal electrode layer is in a range of 10 to 200 nm. [Selection] Figure 1 |
