titleOfInvention | Microbiological testing device and microbiological testing chip |
abstract | In a microorganism testing apparatus, various microorganisms can be easily concentrated. A microorganism testing apparatus includes a detection chip, a transport device, a control device, and a magnet. The detection chip includes a sample container that holds a sample containing microorganisms, a capture particle liquid container that holds a capture particle liquid containing magnetic particles, a microorganism capture unit 131 that captures microorganisms, and a liquid channel. The control device causes the captured particle liquid 114 to flow through the microorganism capturing unit 131 in a state where the magnetic force of the magnet 331 acts on the microorganism capturing unit 131 and captures and holds the plurality of magnetic particles 214 in the microorganism capturing unit 131. Thus, a filtration filter is formed, and in this state, the conveyance device is controlled so that the specimen 1231 flows through the microorganism capturing unit 131 and the microorganisms 175 in the specimen 1231 are deposited on one side of the filtration filter.
